Below are some links to MTB groups that we would like to show some love too for all they do in MN and beyond. We know, there are tons of groups throughout the state doing some amazing work and if you are part of one, let us know. We would love to hear what’s happening in all parts of the state.
MORC
Minnesota Off-Road Cyclists (MORC)
MORC is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to safeguarding the future of mountain biking in Minnesota through the promotion of responsible riding, establishment and maintenance of mountain biking trails, and preservation of Minnesota’s natural resources.
Cuyuna Lakes MTB
The Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Trails Crew does everything from simple repair, to full re-building, to building new trail, the Trail Care Crew is making sure your ride on the red gold of Cuyuna is best you’ve ever had. Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Crew makes giving back to the trails easy. Whatever time and skills you have are always appreciated.
Superior Cycling Assoc.
The Superior Cycling Association was founded to grow mountain and road biking opportunities in Cook County, Minnesota. Through partnerships with Visit Cook County, the National Forest Service, the International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA), Lifetime Fitness, and local businesses, SCA has developed many miles of singletrack, hosted bike races and clinics, and strived to make cycling on the North Shore more accessible, safe, and fun for all ages and abilities.
IMBA
International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA)
IMBA is the worldwide leader in mountain bike advocacy, and the only organization in the U.S. focused entirely on trails and access, for all types of mountain bikers in all parts of the country. IMBA U.S. is a national network of local groups, individual riders and passionate volunteers working together for the benefit of the entire community.
MN MTB Series
The Minnesota Mountain Bike Series features some of the best singletrack — and racing — that the Midwest has to offer. We strive to make all of our events fun and competitive for every kind of racer — from weekend warriors to elite athletes. Join us just for the day, or bring the family along and make a weekend out of our destination races.
MCA
The Minnesota Cycling Association (MCA)
The MCA is 501c3 youth development organization building strong mind, body and character, guided by the principals of inclusivity and equality. We welcome all student-athletes from 6th to 12th grade to participate. Programs range from outreach events and advocacy to after school programs and a multi-event racing series.
Little Bellas
Little Bellas creates opportunities for girls to experience success using mountain biking as the platform and pathway to personal growth, building community, and competency.
